Can you please reply to this thread with a dxdiag? It would allow me to have a closer look at your system or what could be causing the issue.

Initially find the icon in origin game list and right mouse click on it and select game properties

tick disable origin ingame for this game

Edit- I gather you have also tried selecting game repair on the right click

At this stage it is also worthwhile either trialing this Hotifix (Link) or an older video driver , 364.72 you are running has been problematic (Link)

I did not find any specific hardware issues that could be causing the game to crash in your dxdiag.

However, I did find a lot of general crashes related to your Windows installation. This might cause issues with other programs as well. What I would recommend for now, other than what @proxos666 already recommended, is to run your system in a clean boot to make sure nothing else is running in the background.

Should you have done an upgrade to Windows 10 instead of a fresh installation, then I would also recommend to completely reinstall Origin and Dragon Age. It would be preferable to do this while in a clean boot.

The clean boot link in your post gives a 404 error. Is it suppose to go to a page explaining how to do that?

I tried @proxos666 suggestions, same result (or lack thereof.)

Also, this problem existed on Win 7 as well, before i did the clean install of Win 10. What general crashes are you seeing?

@fryd00d Would you say your issue seems the same as that described in this thread? Or does yours differ in some way? There are also some suggestions in that thread that you could try (though they don't seem to have helped anyone else with the same issue, it shouldn't hurt to try).

Ok having the same problem as the dude who posted this thread thing i did what you guys said boot clean, reinstalled everything that had to do with origin and dragon age, repaired, ticked the box in the properties, and nothing is happening i played up to 56 hours on it then all of the sudden it wont like start it comes up see the mouse then it closes and is no longer running. I have recommended the game to a lot of my friends and they are loving it. I just want to be able to play this game again, left on a cliff hanger.

I've run into this question multiple times recently and all users that solved the problem stated the following:

• Either disabled or uninstalled anti-virus program
• Either disabled or uninstalled anti-malware program
• Make sure that you've properly set exceptions for both Origin and Dragon Age in these programs

Please check these programs on your system and you should be able to get the game running again.
