Dragon Age Keep Not Working – Can't Receive Verification Code to Log In

Hey there! Since Dragon Age veilguard is coming out soon, like many other players, I'm replaying the whole series. Unfortunately, I'm having issues with Dragon Age Keep – it won’t work for me. When I try to log into my account, I enter my email and password, and then it says it’s sending a code to my email. But that code never arrives. I’ve tried several times over the past few days, and still no luck. My email and password are correct, so I have no idea why this is happening.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, or is there a way to submit a support ticket to EA about it? I can log into my EA account normally, and in that case, the code comes through just fine to my email, but for some reason, it's not working with Dragon Age Keep. :-(
