Purchased but did not receive

I purchased the $4.99 Relic Ascension pack (see attached for 11/15/24), but it did not give it to me. It still shows in the Store as not yet purchased (see attachment of how the store still shows the purchase unbought). May I have the tier materials I purchased?

    @Lobot1977 Hey there! Sorry to hear you didn't get the items that you purchased.

    So for missing purchases you'll need to get in touch with support directly.
    You can submit a ticket directly from in game by tapping the Settings cog on the Cantina home screen then tapping Help.

    This will bring you to the EA Help site, by contacting EA help this way it automatically populates your information for the advisor so they can get straight to helping you.
