Dragon Age Keep "Oops an error occurred"

I can't get Dragon Age Keep to work. I have started to play the games a few months ago, and I have finished Origins and Dragon Age II and I wanted to go straight into Inquisition however I keep getting an "oops an error occured" message. I successfully got into the keep 2 times before and I thought the problem was solved but I am having it happen again. I searched every corner of the internet and did all the troubleshooting tips I was able to find but nothing seems to be working. What can I do? In all the years people had this problem with the site there seems to be no apparent solution.

    Hi @SpaceFairy I just check my accounts and was able to get into my world states. Can you try to clear your cookies/cache and check for browser updates then check if this continues?

    I have actually tried to clear cookies/cache and disable adblock as well as try different combinations of browsers, networks and devices. The EA Help twitter account informed me that it might be some sort of backside problem that the game team will check on.  Thank you for the help regardless!

    @EA_Illium It's been a few days since I posted this problem here and also brought it up with EA Help on twitter. I still cannot access dragon age keep despite trying everything and I don't even know if there is anything being done about it. Is any action being taken to fix the issue?

    Hi @SpaceFairy Thanks for this information, would it be possible to put your device in a Clean Boot and use an incognito mode to check if you continue running into the error?

    @EA_Illium I can't even get the app to load the game, tried clearing the cache, tried repairing the game and now reinstalling it and still nothing

    @Omengaming_pc To confirm are you trying to access the DA: Keep website or launch one of the Dragon Age titles?

    I'm also having the same issue. I was able to login to my tapestry about a month ago and then it suddenly started to throw errors at me. I've tried logging in on: different browser, incognito mode, clean boot, different device (mobile phone), cleared cache, cleared cookies. None of those worked. My partner tried logging into his account on my PC however and was able to get in fine so I don't understand what's going on here. I just want to import my world state to DAI...

    It's the Dragon age Inquisition title off an on, depending on what I've launched beforehand if I launch andromeda I have to mess with the app and settings to get DAI to launch
