I basically got the game on Origin for Free and was excited to register it. It says I need to put my registration key in.
I go look for it through my emails but it isn't there. I then decided to try looking for it in my Origin Launcher where I found a product code.
I doesn't work. ☹️
It says : "Code is not valid for game"
Help?
I am having the same problem, and from looking at the forums, seems a lot of other people are, too.
I can pla the game, but I can't register with Bioware, and I cannot access the Stone Prisoner DLC I added on their site. Nor can I use the online profile. Hopeful support can sort this out, because it's affecting a whole lot of people.
Still no word from EA/Bioware? ;/
Finally found a thread about this. YES I'm having the same issue I wanted to register my game with that CD key thing and I don't remeber seeing anything with the On the house free download of dragon age origin.
No email and I tried the product code just like you and it was invaled as well anyone got adivce on what to do? any new info on this problem and should I try contacting EA or the bioware crew for a cd key to regester? and has anyone solved this problem yet?
BioWare is currently working on the Dragon Age systems of the old site in anticipation of the launch of Dragon Age Keep. You may have problems now, but it will likely all go smoother in the future.

3 years on, this problem persists :') haven't found any way to solve it, unfortunate.
