@jariahxsynn When you launch either game and you pull up task manager, you don't see either of them running, but you only see the EA App?
Correct. The "Play" button is greyed out indicating that it is running but Task Manager doesn't show up at all. Closing the EA app it claims that the game is still running but again there's actually nothing there. Origins never opens up long enough for me to check Task Manager.

Gotcha, that typically indicates that something is blocking the game from running. It is technically running somewhere if the button is grayed out. You just have to find out what is causing it.
If you are using two drives, make sure the App and the game are installed on the same drive. If you don't have two, don't worry about that part.
I would do this - completely disable the UAC Here
Reboot and then run a repair on the game.Run as Admin
- Close the EA app.
- Right-click the EA app icon on your desktop (or in the EA app directory if not on your desktop) and select Run As Administrator.
No dice. I did it repeatedly to be sure. The game is "running" but it's not showing up. Also I only have the one drive.

@jariahxsynn Do you have an Antivirus loaded up on there? You can add an exception in there or simply just disable it and reboot and see. There is something on there that sounds like it is being blocked from loading up.
I would also check your GPU drivers to see if those need updates as well. Drivers are updated. I gave DA2 access for both private and public. Still nothing.

@jariahxsynn Can you try two things for me?
Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
If that does not work, Try a new user account for Windows. Did you activated UAC again, it is not a good idea to let it deactivated.
Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
So, clean boot was a negative. Making an alt account did nothing. DA2 was stuck in perpetual "Prepare" I gave up after 20 minutes of it sitting there. Should mention that some prompt about "EA play" expired. Don't recall signing up for that or if it had anything to do with the problem but there it is.
It is impossible to help without having at least some system info.
Please look at my previous post.
