Finding .exe file for Dragon Age Origins

I have a Windows 10 computer.  I have Dragon Age Origins which I installed via a DVD (not Origins download).  Where do I find the .exe file?  Currently, to start the game, I have to go back to the DVD.

@folgore62 Hey, try having a look for a Dragon Age folder within your Program Files or Program Files (x86) folders.

The .exe should be in Dragon Age\bin_ship

  • I *believe* (based on personal experience, but from over 5 years ago now) that if your install is from the original retail disc, you may still need to have the disc inserted when you start the game even if you launch it directly from the .exe file.

If, on the other hand, you do a fresh install via EA/Origin (your original CD-Key will work fine as long as your current install is registered under your account) you'll never need the disc again.  😉
