If you reset the password for the EA account linked to your game, does that help? I’m on ps4 and this is what pops up

Unfortunately due to a temporary site issue the image is taking a bit longer than usual to showup.
I do notice that your posting account isn't linked to any games, so you will have another EA Account which you can try the reset on.
If you're not sure what it is, you can go to help.ea.com and log in using the PSN ID login option.

Whenever you get to see this photo why does it tell me that my account is ineligible then it says we’re sorry, but your EA account or your account for PSN is not eligible. Click the button below to logout your account for PSN. I don’t know why it’s saying this cause I have PS Plus

Sorry, the hosting of new images is still down on the site today.
To give some context, due to potential security concerns, an EA account may be temporarily locked, requiring a password reset in order to get it unlocked. Once this happens everything should be playable again, but before this point the error message is similar to the one you've mentioned.
Were you able to find a 2nd EA account and swap to it? It's worth noting this could have been set up a long time ago, and won't necessarily use the same email address as your PSN account. I've been juggling this same problem for a few days now as well. I had just downloaded DAI for the PS4 but it comes up with the same popup. I've been troubleshooting it (reset password, deleted and redownloaded the game and a few more ways) but it's still having the same issue. I tried logging into the ea site through PSN but also got the ineligible popup as well. I went on another ea game on my account and now that one isn't able to connect either so not really sure what's going on.
I've been having this issue for several days as well. I'm playing on 360 and whenever I try to connect to DAK in Inquisition I just get a message that says "Connection to the Dragon Age Server has been lost." I also cannot get the email/password prompt to come up for the life of me.
Strangely, my gamertag USED to show up fine on the Keep site but now does not. No idea what's going on.

Thanks for the posts. I think at this stage the best option is to reach out to support, they can take a closer look at individual accounts and look into getting this sorted out.
