Imported world state, Hawke and Inquisitor both male, and playing on the PC.

That's when I noticed it for myself, Actually.

Maybe EA could get Bioware to just make a potion or something that let's you change your character. Such as with the Attributes one. That just seems like that would be easy and solve all these problems.

Thanks, I've sent the info up, hopefully it will be resolved soon. For now, it seems that the workaround is to load an earlier save and then leave Hawke's voice as the default.
Thanks again and sorry for the confusion/weirdness.
Same thing here. When I met Hawke, I made a custom appearance Hawke, and during the cutscene my character's voice changed from the North American accent to the British accente. Kinda funny, since it happened between two lines, not at the start of the cutscene, so at first I thought my Inquisitor was mocking Hawke's accent, but no, it changed completely. I ran around talking with a few people in the hopes it'd change back, but no. Luckily I saved right after the whole "You will now become the Inquisitor" cutscene. It only seems to happen if you make a custom appearence, choosing the default doesn't seem to cause it.
Also a shame the personality type didn't carry over too, my Sarcastic Hawke was so much more delightful than the current one...

Just wondering if there's any updates on this. I'm on PS4 so I feel like a patch would take a few days or a week at the absolute least >.<
Really hoping this gets addressed in a patch. Just got this bug on PC and I'm very disappointed.
I also have the voice type switch when customizing Hawke issue. I have a female qunari Inquisitor with the British (non-default) voice that switches to the American (default) voice. I do have a custom worldstate imported from Keep, and my Hawke is male. Like everyone else, my Inquisitor's voice type only switches when I choose the option of customizing Hawke's appearance rather than selecting the default appearance.
I hope it is simple to identify the issue and fix it! Perhaps something about how pulling up the character creator is resetting the Inquisitor's voice to the default option for their race...?
So I just ran into this bug, and in mid conversation with Hawke I quit out to load from the auto save. Now everytime I try to talk to the default version my game instantly crasehs. I ran the repair and that doesn't work. Please tell me I didn't just blow my save.
- Anonymous11 years agoShouldn't there be an option to change this within console commands? I mean, I didn't even notice until halfway through exploring Crestwood. Loading an old save isn't an option +20 hours into the game.
