(PC) Dragon Age: Inquisiton crashes at launch

Earlier today I was playing DAI and decided to start a new game. Went to the Black Emporium with the new character, but DAI froze as I tried to "enter" the mirror. I closed down the game trough the task manager, but now I can't launch the game. Whenever I try to launch it, the black loading screen shows up for half a second, then crashes. I get no warnings or anything. I disabled all my mods, reinstalled the game, ran multiple repairs on DA:I, removed Black Emporium (the DLC), did a clean boot and restarted my computer, but nothing helps. What can I do to solve this?
(I'm using Windows 10)

Even were it in English, the type of error reports at the very end of the DxDiag report are not anything that I can easily get useful data from.  The single thing I saw was that your graphics driver is slightly out of date:

      Driver Attributes: Final Retail
       Driver Date/Size: 2016-08-01 01:00:00, 17799424 bytes
            WHQL Logo'd: n/a

  • Try deleting your settings file to force the game to rewrite a new one. This is something a repair or reinstallation won't do.

You can find it in Documents - BioWare - Dragon Age Inquisition - Save and it's called ProfileOptions_profile.

Updated my driver and tried deleting ProfileOptions_profile (and restarting my computer), still can't launch the game though :/
