Preload Download Progress Keeps Regressing

I have been trying to download DAI since it became available yesterday.  During that time my download progress keeps regressing.  It doesn't happen at the same point every time, but it'll continually download several gigs and then immediately return to where I started or return to an even earlier point.  Over that time I have run into two different errors.

 Error 1

 Error 2

I have tried the following:

1. Flushing the DNS on PC.  Resetting router.

2. Closing Origin and removing all temporary directories - http://help.ea.com/en/article/clearing-your-origin-temporary-files/

3. Deleting the current download and restarting a new one

4. Running CCleaner, verifying running as admin, etc.. -  http://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin/Dowloading-and-installing-problems/m-p/3968027#U3968027

5. I've contacted support and support couldn't find a solution (They were very polite though).  He referred me up to an expert and the expert recommendation was to pause the download, rename the current download directory, and start a new download until it hits 1%.  After it hits 1% stop the download and switch it with the old one.  This did not work.  His last suggestion was that it may simply be server issue's due to high demand, but as my internet speed has not been negatively affected in any way I do not think this is correct.

6. There was a post in the battfield area suggesting that I change the permissions of the download directory in order to prevent origin from removing any files it has already downloaded, but I couldn't get this to work.

I'm out of ideas here.  Any suggestions for something I haven't yet tried?
