I've redeemed the free promo items from the holiday giveaway (several times now). They appear in my list on the Social Network, but don't appear on my DLC menu in-game. How do I get them to actually be available in-game?

Simple fix, now everything works
I happen to have the game on all three platforms and the PC is the only one that has this issue. PS3 and 360 items all downloaded... eventually. Seriously, I spent about half an hour downloading them all for PS3. I know they were free and that it's really a fault of Sony, but dang, man, something needs to be done about that.
One important thing to note, I am also unable to upload PC screenshots/characters, although my achievements show up and this has been a problem that never seems to be able to be solved.
I have the same problem. I did a complete reinstall and all my older items downloaded just fine, even the Ingrame ones but the new ones aren't showing up, so I guess the downloader works just fine and it is an account issue.

Rahsek, that did not work for me at all. Mine don't show up as "unauthorized," they just don't appear in my in-game DLC menu whatsoever. I ran DAOU_UpdateAddinsXML.exe, and that didn't work. I checked to make sure that my CD key is correctly associated, and it is.
Still no promo DLC for me, I guess. Can anyone help?
