PS4 Save File can't be loaded because installation to finish?

I was playing Inquisition earlier today when it started crashing over and over. Decided to reinstall the game and redownloading the patch (twice by the time of this post) and each time it gives me this message when I try to hit continue or try to manualing load any save (I have 6)

This save file can not be loaded, as installation is still in progress. Please wait for the installaton to finish, then try again. 

Each of the times I have reinstalled the game and redownloaded the patch it also has Multiplayer greyed out. I have to play any multiplayer so it doesn't really bother me but it has never done that before. I am really enjoying this game and would love to keep playing. 

Also as a side note I have the same problem, while I was playing, that party members would rarely talk to each other.

    I have the same issue in PS4 and manage to load again my save file.

    First I create a new character and then after I got to the game I load the other one and it works.

    Hope it works out for you guys too.

    Sorry for bumping. But I have tried the Chat feature to get help with this problem and the call me feature (which whoever called me didn't even give it one ring before hanging up). 

    A person named Erica helped me a bit but for some reason our chat session was ended for no reason. I was asked to restore licenses in my psn account and then patch the game and it still didn't work. I am going to try to get into a chat again. If anyone has any suggestions I would love some help.

    Same thing happening to me too has anyone fimd a fix or i'm i going to have to restart for the start again? I tried and reinstall the game and some **bleep**.

    Same problem here...put 40+ hours into it and couldn't trigger a mission to start so I decided to reinstall the game and now it doesn't let me load it. Praying this gets fixed soon!

    I just fixed the issue for myself!!
    Hopefully it'll work for you guys!
    What I did was simply redownloaded my DLCs for the game. So just go to the playstation store and under library pick dragon age then download all your DLCs.

    Still doesn't work for me and i tried both method.


    So pissed right now, i don't even feel like playing this game anymore.

    This works up to the point where I no longer get that message, but as soon as my game starts loading, I get this error: CE-34878-0. I "initialised" my PS4, losing EVERYTHING in the hope of fixing this issue, but to no avail. I'm very reluctant to stat DA from scratch in the fear of losing my saved games again. It's amazing that, in this day and age, these developers overlook the most basic functionalities of their games. I lost all those many hours, all my PS4 downloads, my patience and now my faith in Bioware. Well done guys, well done.
