Having the same issue except it's stuck on xbox 360 for me...I would love to use all my items in Origins though

This may seem a stupid question (so forgive me) but are you certain you haven't already unlocked them for your chosen platform?

The only reason I ask that is because if I go to that page now (I have them unlocked already on PC and Xbox) the only option it gives me is the PS3. If I log in to my alt account that owns nothing Dragon Age related then I get all 3 platforms to choose from.

Apart from that, if you have the game on Origin you can get the items that way. Select the game in Origin and click "Extra content", the first item listed should be the promo items with a "Get it now" button. Click that to add the items to your account and the button will then change to a "Download" button.

If you don't use Origin usually (you use Steam for example) it MAY also be a roundabout way of adding the items to your account. Redeem your game key provided by Steam on Origin to add the game to your Origin account, then add the promo items and see if they then show up on your User Entitlements page linked above.

If they do then show up on the User Entitlements page you can download them from there and manually install them on your Steam copy.

And again, @Kenny32673 is correct!  On your PC, log-in to EA/Origin and check under "Extra Content".  You may already have the content, and simply need to "install" it.
