Thanks for the reply. Actually I had 156 points, so no issue there.
The confusion was that the "X" but for "Travel" wasn't highlighted. And there was no "A" button on the bottom left for "Accept."
Knowing that I could proceed even though I was higher than 15, I just tried "A" and the mission started.
Not very intuitive, imho...
