Computer doesn't meet specs for game, as it doesn't have an AMD or Nvidia  video card.  You can maybe go over to the Intel graphics forum and see what they can recommend to try and make it work, but officially the only real solution is to either get a different computer with one, or buy a card and install it in your current one.  If you think the computer should have one already, then it isn't showing installed and thus is an issue in that regard.
