Found A workaround for this  Not a Fix  REPEAT NOT A FIX
none of my ea games were launching  its  was launcher issue for me

After the post i looked more on this matter in frustration i  found a post from 2-3 years ago
apperantly ea is to god damn * * lazy to fix the issue 
Even PIRATE sites offer better help than ea 


solution / work around is you need to create a new windows user

which is tedious or just not acceptable but still 

Create a local user account
Select Start > Settings > Accounts and then select Family & other users. (In some versions of Windows you'll see Other users.) Select Add someone else to this PC. Select I don't have this person's sign-in information, and on the next page, select Add a user without a Microsoft account

and yes it worked for me 1 more guy hope it works for you too

The reason that the game is not working on your main Windows account is that your main account has corrupted files in it, this is not a game or launcher issue nor anything Bioware or EA could fix. 

how did it work on other user than care to explain? when i used same files nothing new was downloaded just created new user
multiple of the game was not able to launch from ea platform  YES i tried multiple
yeah i know its not games problem  its worked like a charm allready played 50+ hours 
its just launcher issue / ea platform issue without that it works like a charm
oh yeah i am not alone with this issue like multiple thoushands of people  are having same issue ( source EA STAFF CUSTOME SERVICE) and ofcourse you can read angry multiple posts everywhere about this  alll this and ea being ignorent
also multiple other launchers never had any problems steam epic and many more  yeah i use them more often never used eaand hopefully wont need to again  
worst customer care experience  no one is interested in trying to help users fix problems 
no wonder its famous for cash grab stuff /bad customer service and many more   - reputation suits it  

NOTE- please dont take this personally what you are doing is real god work  i tottaly appriciate it 
kind of work which ea staff needs to do
and i would realy like to know whats wrong am i doing if that is the true case
Its just that i am just really upset on this situation  since i got next to zero help offically 

@GamingZinc Our Heroes are here to help. They are very good at what they do and are very knowledgable in all of the EA games, and troubleshooting. I know things can be frustrating nd venting is fine, but if replies continue to go sideways and not stay on point with the issues(s), the thread will be locked.

Well I never intended to disrespect him

as I specifically said he is doing God work 

I just wanted a little explanation on what files are corrupted what not so I can fix the issue 

As I specifically mentioned I did not change anything with new user

I dont just want an answer like (it's not ea or launcher issue deal with yourself) when I can clearly see multiple people having same issue since last like 2 years (there are many posts)  

I was like 100℅ sure about buying veilguard since I really loved dai but if the kind of customer support ea wants to offer (2 years can't fix)  the surety is gonna go down  like no one wants to buy something and get problems and then customer service say sorry we can't do anything lol 

And yeah I experienced the ea customer service first hand while trying to figure out a solution
i just want solutions

I can't say which files are corrupted, the simple fact that it works on a newly created Windows user account is proof that there is a problem on your main account. (user profile).

Creating a new user account means that Windows uses files stored in the component store to create a completely new user profile.
This is recommended by MS to fix errors in an existing user profile, and I would suggest using this MS guide to move your files to the new user profile, because as I said, your old one has a problem.

And no, the fact that everything else worked in no way proves that the problem is not in Windows, the fact that the EA app works in a new user profile shows that it is indeed a Windows problem.

i will go ahead and look at the ms guide

btw after 1-2 day of working fine on new user the problem is back 
and i  noticed some stuff
when i  was playing i fell into fell down a mountain into water ( then basically its supposed to respawn on where you dropped from) but  since i was downhill mountain side it respawned and i fell again when went in loop with no way of controlling anything 
after this since it was in loop  it wont let me do anything load game or save or even close game  nothing  so i had to force close it and this problem reoccured
and if i remember something similar happened like 1 day ago before the problem first came
and now even creating  a    new user      is not fixing it  and i am back again to square one
is there anyway  to play with origins launcher all this bugs and stuff begin only when ea launcher came( read like 50 posts and other info on web all stating same )
i just want to play and relax now this is just too frustrating to deal with like i come to play games to relax not to get frustrated ☹️

yeah i got frustrated and look everywhere  tried too much stuff

But first let me say 
In End the it was not problem from my end it was just ea launcher not working properly along  side for many other players
EA Is just be lazy on fixing these issues or i dnt know what else  ea is just too big of a company to be not able to fix these issues lol

hopefully the fix it soon i pray

and use the original origins launcher
Yes it is there
and yes it works tooo smoothly
there is github which  provides origins launcher working ( by blocking the upgrade screen for converting to ea launcher which it shows)
Yes it saves games on cloud and i got zero errors on it i finished the game on it
i dont have technical knowledge of how it works
it just does and i am happy it does
