Have you tried any of the DLC troubleshooting steps? I've checked on your account and there's entitlements dated from today, 20th of January so you shouldn't have problem with that.

the entitlements show up on the bioware social network site, but not on the actual origin software. On there it shows that I need to repurchase each DLC. I went ahead and installed the missing DLC from Bioware's site and now the game wont launch at all.
The FAQ you linked doesn't seem to describe the problem i'm having exactly.
Witch Hunt, Golems of Amgarrak, Leliana's Song and Darkspawn Chronicles are all missing. In Origin its asking I repurchase them.
I had the same issue in Origin. I contacted support and they fixed it immediately.
This bloody issue still happens & your Customer Service Team is of no help. They suggest solutions that in no bloody way fix in game issues, only issues with the Origin Client itself.

(Dunno why the EA Game Advisor couldn't point you to that page... 🤔 )
i downloaded form here and now it says enabled but only soilders peak shows up..
