Re: redeem code problem

Good afternoon and thank you in advance. I purchased from a store Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age awakening, along with a redeem code for the additional content packs Stone prisoner-Warden's keep-Return to Ostagar-The darkspawn Chronicles-Leliana's Song-The golems of Amgarrak-Witch Hunt-And More, but i didn't use that code on my home computer because i didn't have internet connection at the time (2 years ago). I tried to unlock the additional contents by taking a save game from my PC to another in an internet cafe, along with the redeem code. Of course, it didn't work. Now i've internet connection, but when i tried my old redeem code, i get a message "you have already used that code" or something like that. Can i please be helped with a new valid redeem code? I am ready to provide any password my retail DA has in order to authenticate. I really wanna see the rest of this amazing game.

    Hi, George,

    If you redeemed previously redeemed the codes but you are currently unable to access the content then it most likely means that you are logging in on the wrong account. Please try logging in with the accounts details used previously.

    If you are unsure about these details, then contact a Game Advisor via EA Help to verify the correct details:

    Start with selecting your country of residence to setup your contact. If your country isn't listed you should select either United States or United Kingdom.

    Now follow the numbered steps as shown in the picture. If you are unable to login you will also be able to create an anonymous case at this point.


    • The final page doesn't load? press F5 on your keyboard to reload the page or try another browser.
    • You get no contact options? you are most likely trying to contact the selected channel outside of operating hours.
    • Your country has no phone number? use a voIP program such as Skype to contact our UK channel via +44 203 0141818.

    Dear Tom

    Thank you for your fast response.

    I'm afraid that i used my redeem code 2,5 years ago, and i only have one account. The thing is that i used it the wrong way, as i said, and got nothing of the additional content. What should i do to get a new redeem code? The game was bought legally (of course) from a videogames store called "Public" (it's quite famous brand here in Greece).

    I checked your account and I can see that you should have access to the content. Have you tried downloading it from the Bioware Social website?

    If you continue to experience issues with your content then I would recommend to contact an EA Advisor as described above.
