Stargazer Achievement Not Unlocking On Xbox

I have completed all other achievements in the game, and the achievement "stargazer" is stuck on 93%. I have met the requirements at least three times, and still no achievement. I've tried different ways, like starting a new game, not touching any astrarium at all, and doing them all together without saving the game, I've tried to solve each astrarium in a different order but no luck.

I've also uploaded a screenshot showing that there might be an issue on Crestwood.

As you can see I've completed all astrariums in Crestwood, I've looted the cave, an it still mentions

"FIND AND COMPLETE ALL ASTRARIUM PEDESTALS IN CRESTWOOD"

I play on Xbox series x, I have the game of the year edition, and I've tried both with and without the dlcs installed.

Is there anyone else who has the same issue? Is there a solution?

Finally achievement unlocked! As an EA employee suggested, I cleared cache on Xbox, and after I completed once more the last astrarium, the achievement unlocked!!

My game on PC says the same thing....also note that the text of explore the cave and such is greyed a bit and isn't full brightness.

What happens if you set that quest to active?? Mine pops up saying quest complete, as a notification.....

@mcsupersport Yes, the same appears to me, and if I select it as active, it appears as completed quest..
you can click the screenshot I uploaded to see how it looks.
The bad thing is that it is 2023. Many years after the game was released, but still There are issues with an achievements but also with some quests, which they don't award achievements, so I don't care about completing them.
Please dear developers do something.. You con make the dlc astrariums to count towards the 15 astrariums needed for stargazer achievement.

The new part to this story, is that on dragonagekeep.com the achievement appears unlocked. There is probably a bug preventing the achievement to unlock on Xbox.
I believe that this is easily fixed by the developers
