Suggestion : Mouse look button toggle

It would be good to have an option to toggle mouse look.

As it stands right now, I'm mostly holding right mouse button 99% of the time to move the camera around.

I'd like to have the opposite where moving the mouse without holding the button makes the camera move and on holding right mouse button (or just by clicking on it to toggle) I'd go into mouse cursor mode.
