Terrible FPS

@Scyris99 - I must say, this game is not rly optimized that bad, it just has a lot of a bugs, makin it unplayable. I have written this guide: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Inquisition/Perfomance-Tips/m-p/4078684#M22439 with some tips, which helped me to increase my perfomance. Personally, after upgrading to win 8.1, my fps is always over 40 and I am having no sluttering, lags, or anything like that. The game is just really smooth now, and honestly, my PC is not that good ( i3 540 OC to 3,7 GHZ, 4GB RAM and GTS 450 ). And now I can say, that the graphics looks STUNNING (propably the best I have seen) and the game is now really smooth and enjoyable, I guess I am the lucky one? The point is, the optimization is actually quite good, but you must spend a LOT OF TIME until you get rid of the technical issues and make the game run AS IT IS MEANT TO BE
