I am at the point in this quest where I am supposed to track down Servis in the Western Approaches (Inside Echoback Fort), and am right on top of the quest marker, but Servis is nowhere to be seen. I cannot advance this quest.This looks like a bug!

look carefully around...i thought i was having this problem but ended up finding him lying on the ground wounded up one of the stairs, away from where the marker says he should be...interact with him and you can continue.

I can confidently say that despite these reassurances that he is on the ground somewhere nearby...this is a bug and needs to be addressed. Anyone trying to be helpful and explain this away please stop. You have not spent the last half hour to an hour of your life scouring this area. He is not there for those of us that encountered this bug.

I have the same problem too. The best I find is two archers and one brute and no matter where I kill him he died and disappear (if I went indoor and go there again I found the three of them always there).

Oh no i was off by a whole year! It is game breaking. I can't finish a quest I paid good money to complete. That is what I call game breaking. The "deal with it" answer from an EA employee is unacceptable not to mention an admission of guilt. Finally banning me for a couple days for swearing wasn't okay for an employee of a business that outright refuses to finish it's side of the deal. You can pull stunts like that when you've finished the product you were supposed to finish back in 2014 or when you've refunded everyone who paid for this unfinished video game. We're on the edge of 2017 and the game is still incomplete. So I suggest you get off your backside and do your job already. Maybe an EA lawyer can give you guys a crash course on "unjust enrichment" because law books should be using this game as an example of it. Even now at the end of 2016 the game plays like it's in the late stages of beta testing. So when can I expect the next patch?

I I haven't got there yet, but have you tried using the search function. where it does a sonar type thing on the ground. On ps3 its L3 button.

Have the same problem. Wiped out everyone in the area, but the quest isn't advancing and the marker is still there, though there's nothing to be found. Cassandra and Sera have dialogue that indicates the quest is over, though.

I'm having the same issue. Party members are repeating the same text over and over again as well. Text that implies that the quest has been completed.

He's there. Looks like a normal mob in shiny armor. He will be on the ground propping himself up. Look around where you were fight. The dead bodies will disappear but he won't.
