[Xbox One] Characters stop moving and attacking (patch 7) (Almost game breaking)

I'm having this issue too on the Xbox 1. I just started this game a couple of weeks ago, got about 30 hours in and now it's a paperweight since I downloaded the patch. I'm playing on Hard so tactical camera is a must. Please fix this. Patches should eliminate glitches, not ruin a game.
