Autorun request

This game is almost impossible for me to play without autorun. I have arthritis in my hands. Hand arthritis afflicts nearly 1 in 2 women and 1 in 4 men. That is a huge market being disenfranchised. The tean added so many features for so many groups it is astounding that this - likely the largest group of "special" people in the world - was forgotten. Making it worse, on the very first day the game was released a post was made requesting this feature, and an EA rep said it would passed on to the team. Now, 7 months later, crickets.

Please don't make us wait for a disabled modder to create a solution.
