No, the issue hasn't been resolved. The promotion is through GE Force Now and it provides a copy of the game through the EA app store. You don't need to use the cloud service to play. I've spoken to other people on Reddit who have redeemed the game through the promotion.

Promotion confirmation email. I also have a code confirmation. GE Force Now links to the EA app after redeeming.

I have the same peoblem. I redeemed a PlayStation code, i can see it on my transaction history but the game is not in my library.

I purchased the game via a code on PlayStation 5 - PSN Store but the game is only in my transaction history. Not in the library.

Hey @kaanmoral Thanks for the additional information!

If you purchased the game directly via the PSN Store, we might be having an entitlement issue as games are added to accounts by Sony's store/order system. 

We can try the following and check if the game appears in your library:

1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
2. Perform a power cycle.
3. Restore the license for the game.
• Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
• Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.

I have tried everyone of them but it is  not showing up. When I go to the game page on PSN Store, i can buy it again? 

But like i said, it is in my trans. History. 

Hi @kaanmoral Thanks for trying those steps and updating us. 

I would recommend speaking with Sony support to confirm the game was added to your account correctly and the order is not stuck finalizing. 

WIth other platforms like Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation we don't have any control over their order/payment system or granting the game to your account so we would want to have them check your PSN account and the order for any issues.
