The Rook's Weapons DLC isn't accessible for people who had issues with the preorder and deluxe edition DLCs being inaccessible.

Can at least one of you please escalate this issue?
Some of us still do not have access to the Pre Order, Deluxe Edition, and now Appearance DLC for Dragon Age The Veilgaurd, even though it is installed in our games.
Please provide us ANY information in regards to this issue. I would gladly be in contact with any of you directly in regards to this issue so we can track it down and get it fixed for those of us who still experience it.
