[Feedback] Female Rook More Female

Why does female characters always use almost the same animations as their male counterparts?

It doesn't matter if its Mass Effect or Dragon Age...

Bioware already has female animations, attitude and clothing implemented into the game, just look at Neve Gallus. It would be a nice to, when you play as a female Rook, that you really can have a female character if you want to....

Maybe there's a chance to add a additional option or slider in the character creation menu for something like this?

    Hey,

I wish we could answer why devs make certain design choices, but sadly, that would require an official response from the team.

That said, I totally see where you’re coming from. It’s true that sometimes female characters end up sharing a lot of animations with male characters, and having more unique options would definitely add to the immersion. Neve Gallus is such a great example of how much personality unique animations and designs can bring to a character.

I really like the idea of an additional slider or option in character creation for this! It would give players more control over their character’s look and feel, which is always a win. I’ll make sure to share your feedback with the team—ideas like this can spark cool updates.

Thanks for bringing this up! If you have more thoughts or suggestions, definitely post them here. I love hearing what players think.

    Thanks for your reply.

I would have much more such ideas, gameplay improvments included, but i am pretty sure some or a lot of people wouldn't like it. I'll leave it that way...

I'm a console only player but sometimes it would be better to play games on pc. Modders aren't restricted by some thoughts the devs have. Modders create mods and it doesn't really cares them if people dont like it.... use it if you like, if don't, who cares... that's a motto i really can work with and the devs of many games could learn from it.

Sadly, the Mass Effect or Dragon Age franchises aren't easy to modify with mods and it doesn't really matters since it's unavailable for consoles. Maybe one day....

That said, i am still a huge fan of both franchies and i still like all games, even Veilguard or Andromeda, even when those games have to swallow heavy critics. Bioware are masters of add-ons and i can't wait to see what they have planned for Veilguard :)
