Missing items from Deluxe Edition Pre-order Walmart

Hello

I ordered my son the pre-order Deluxe Edition from Walmart. The product didn’t arrive until 6 November even though we ordered it the 18th of October. 

multiple items were supposed to be included with this order see attached photo. However, only the game and the digital armor were provided   

please help

    Would it be possible to get the following information from everyone?

    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
    • Which platform did you purchase DATV for?
    • Which retailer did you pre-order from?
    • Which code are you missing? (Pre-order, Deluxe, Game)
    • When did you pre-order? 
    • Does your order show as complete/finalized? (depending on where it was purchased)
