Missing items from Deluxe Edition Pre-order Walmart

HelloI ordered my son the pre-order Deluxe Edition from Walmart. The product didn’t arrive until 6 November even though we ordered it the 18th of October.&nbsp;multiple items were supposed to be included with this order see attached photo. However, only the game and the digital armor were provided &nbsp;&nbsp;please help&nbsp;&nbsp;

Which platform did you purchase DATV for?
Which retailer did you pre-order from?
Which code are you missing? (Pre-order, Deluxe, Game)
When did you pre-order?&nbsp;
Does your order show as complete/finalized? (depending on where it was purchased)
