Missing preorder bonus dragon age veilguard

I’m missing the preorder bonus, the blood dragon armor, from Dragon Age: The Veilguard. I’d preordered the Deluxe Edition but there’s no armor. Can anyone help?

  • Which platform are you on?
  • Is this your first playthrough?
  • If possible share a Save file for our team to look at. 
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
  • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

    Hello,

    Is there any update, I even uploaded the clip where I opened the chest and absolutely nothing happened. All armors have X expect the base costume.
