Missing preorder bonus dragon age veilguard
I’m missing the preorder bonus, the blood dragon armor, from Dragon Age: The Veilguard. I’d preordered the Deluxe Edition but there’s no armor. Can anyone help?

My items are still not showing up. I pre oredered the deluxe edition and have the pre order and deluxe items showing as installed however they are not in my game. WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED????????????

Community Manager@wexxam This issue with the last two patches should be resolved. Now, with current saves, there is always a chance they won't show up. In new games that are entitled to have these items should show up.
IF they do not, for players who are not getting them, they need to reach out to live support. Community Managers cannot grant content since we do not support. I wish we could do that for everyone but sadly not an action we can take.
