Missing preorder bonus dragon age veilguard

So it's not just me.  I created a first character to get a feel for the game.  Awesome 10 out of 10.  Created my for real character but the chest never shows up.  I resolved it by deleting all saves and reloading but that was risky.  I want to create a new character again but the same issue. 

I, too am missing my pre-order items. I didn't get that chest or pop up after getting to the lighthouse. I did later get the deluxe items chest in front of the caretaker's station after an update. But no blood dragon armor. I even tried that load an earlier auto save, but no go.

I missed the pre-order. If I buy EA Play Pro and then buy the game, will DLC be added?

@jarlhaakon Sadly no it will not. I missed the pre-order as well but do have EA Play Pro. EA Play provides the best content for the game depending on which one you order but that was a pre-order bonus. This will provide you with all the content that the game has.

EA Play Pro would grant you the following

Upgrade to the Deluxe Edition* to obtain a variety of weapons and armor, including curiosities from a forgotten era. You’ll receive cosmetic weapon and armor sets for the Warrior, Mage, and Rogue classes as well as cosmetic armor sets and weapons for each of your 7 companions. That’s 3 armor sets for Rook, 6 weapons for Rook, 7 companion armor sets, and 7 companion weapons — saving Thedas never looked so good.

• 6 Weapon Appearances for Rook. Cosmetic only.
• 1 Warrior Armor Set Appearance for Rook. Cosmetic only.
• 1 Mage Armor Set Appearance for Rook. Cosmetic only.

Had the same experience.  I was able to get the chest back by reinstalling the game.  Reboot console and it popped.  Not the best workaround.

My items are still not showing up. I pre oredered the deluxe edition and have the pre order and deluxe items showing as installed however they are not in my game. WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED????????????

@wexxam This issue with the last two patches should be resolved. Now, with current saves, there is always a chance they won't show up. In new games that are entitled to have these items should show up.

IF they do not, for players who are not getting them, they need to reach out to live support. Community Managers cannot grant content since we do not support. I wish we could do that for everyone but sadly not an action we can take.
