Aging for a Dwarf is most likely NOT the same as for a human. Your point is completely moot, as you have zero basis for comparison when it comes to a Dwarf aging vs a human aging. You can't make a blanket statement about a Dwarf without having factual information.

Also, why is she is smaller in height in Dragon Age: The Veilguard? I finished DATV, and now playing DA Inquisition and she definitely looks taller in DA Inquisition.

I could take a picture, and prove the opposite, that she does not have any freckles. Maybe you're playing it on a different device than I am. I am using the same video card I was when playing Inquisition (as I bought the game several years later). My card can play both games fine, so I just think you and I aren't playing on the same device. Or, maybe it's an AMD thing vs an Nvidia thing. Which is very possible, as there are specific AMD options that don't exist anymore. When I tried turning them on, it didn't work because my video card was too new.

Alright, so the image you found is not from the game. The graphics you are displaying above is MUCH more akin to DATV, not DAI. I saw you did a picture search (as it was the first one that popped up for me). Look at this one. It has her from both games.
