I finally got to see Harding again in the game. Here is a screenshot taken directly from the game on my PC. No freckles whatsoever. I have a 2K resolution, in case that matters.
Did you lower all details to minimal to get that screenshot?

And speaking of graphic customization, this is how I play:
All quality ultra and fade-touch where available, 1080p (the game crash if I go higher), rendering resolution 150%.
And of course, 10 years later with no skincare and sun exposure:
Why tf would I do that? My video card can more than handle the current setting it's at.
I'm asking because that's how Harding looks at low details.
Notice the missing grass on the background just like in your screenshot and even missing scar on her face.
