Xbox series x discs can't be read

Bought a copy of this today for Xbox series x and no matter what I do it can't read the discs. Support said lots of other people are reporting this.

Hi @maytagman69, Do you get a specific error/message, or what happens?

    The message I receive is that the installation stopped. Check the disc. Your disc might be dirty or damaged. Try cleaning it, or choose a different disc (0x87e00064). It happens on disc 1 of Dragon Age The Veilguard Deluxe Edition. The update and disc 2 fully install. It's the final 20 GB from disc 1 I get receive the message.

        I'm just now having this issue. I'm at 78% and it's telling me to put disc 1 in and it doesn't read. After 25% it said the same thing, so I put disc 2, went great, then asked for disc 1, now terrible. Won't download
