Bug Report, Blood of Arlathan appearance reward not unlocking properly

Yup. Just had this happen to me. On PC. Such a shame. That was probably my favorite armor I've seen for a rogue. Between this and having to maintain 2 saves and an easy to access unused wolf statue to combat the "cant interact with **bleep**" bug, this game is becoming increasingly difficult to even want to finish. It's a wonder it released with so many issues.
