Bug Report: Can't interact with Altars

I noticed that I am suddenly not able to interact with Fen’Harel and Evanuris Alters anymore. It works before but now I does not. There is no prompt pops-up anymore even if I close to the alters. There is no animation on the alters that used to be shown to indicate they are interactable.

Oddly, I was able to interact with the alters when I loaded other characters but the bug still seems to exist only in my main character.

I feel fraustated after solving puzzles and finding ways to the hidden alters and not being able to interacti with them and gain bonuses. It is ruining my gaming experience overall. 

Please assist.

      I’m having the same issues with alters and the same quest, have you fixed it yet? I’m trying to complete other quests just encase that’s why it’s bugged, but I can’t get them to work again. It’s really disheartening playing this way.

    I thought I'm the only person who had this problem and especially with the same exact quest... I tried to pass all the side quests and believed that helps... Obviously didn't. There's no slide down to reach the quest's location which should appear after activation of fen'harel altar... I'm so mad at this bug and I'm not gonna play this until they make a new patch...

    This is ridiculous to not have a patch for. I haven't been able to get but a few altars. I've been an advocate for the good parts of this game; but this may just break it for me. Wish I never would have bought it had I known something this game-breaking would be involved. This needs fixed asap. I go slow as hell in games and don't wish to repeat the 30+ hours I have into the game just to "rectify" a bug that shouldn't be there. EA..................... Bioware..................... PLEASE FIX THIS!

      Supposedly the new patch they released today fixed this. - Still waiting to confirm for myself later though!

        This patch actually caused an issue with my altars. All of the previously activated ones are not active anymore. I can interact with them to reactivate them and an animation occurs, but the map still shows them as inactive (0/4). Before this patch, no issues.

    EA doesn't care.  Didn't even mention this bug in patch 3, which didn't fix it.  They got your money that's all that matters to them.  The forums are filled with people who have this bug, and they haven't even acknowledged it.
