Can the next patch nerf the skip cutscene button?

If I try and take a screenshot I have to wait a full 5 seconds before can take another one, because any input, LIKE taking a screenshot, or so much as breathing on the mouse, makes it pop up. Like, I got it after the first cutscene, I dont need it shoved in my face multiple times a cutscene.

Please change it so moving the mouse or clicking a non important button doesnt give a pop up. I get clicking one of the main keys, or escape, or the space bar, but also giving it a quicker cooldown. My f12 shouldnt need to set it off.
