Can't (Re)Travel to Treviso on PC

Question

I am trying to go do the Coffee With The Crows quest, and my game crashed 3x while trying to travel to Treviso. 2x when trying to use the fast travel option on the map, then tried to go via the crossroads and it crashed after I used the eluvian. Anyone else having this issue?

Update: Was able to travel to Treviso via fast travel while already in Darktown.&nbsp;
