Character Customization Vanishing

- What platform are you playing on? PC (Steam)
- What is happening? (and what do you expect to happen instead?) When I navigate to the Character screen my character customizations all disappear and I'm left with a default, hairless build. This also occurs on load-in occasionally.
- Does this happen in a specific area of the game? Lighthouse so far, but has happened in other regions.
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: Loading earlier saves, updating drivers, restarting the game.
