Character Customization White Screen

same here. managed to complete the cc but the blinding lights follow through out the actual game as well 

Same issue similar pc. Changing the lights on the second screen of CC fixes it but I'm crashing directly after CC when the game attempts to load the first scene.  Its a shame cause the CC is so deep and engaging. I can play games like Bg3 fine but this one has been rough. Hopefully a solution is found

Update!!! I found a way to improve a bit this problem! It isn't ideal, there is still some blinding brightness (but way less and once you enter the bright zone almost everything is visible) and my graphics in game look a bit grainy?? too sharp?? (but maybe it is just because I have medium-low quality graphics?).

 I just turned out the bloom effect following this https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonagetheveilguard/mods/2  Hope it helps, at least if you want to play and not have to wait for an official solution it works better than nothing 

I'm having the same issue on basically the same machine and am being told that the integrated Intel isn't gonna run it.

(Once I got past the CC, the GPU crashed and I've not been able to get any farther)

This is SO FRUSTRATING! Same problem happening to me on PC and happening in ALL Aspects of the game. Does not seem to matter what window I am in, it will potentially go fully white.

I have tried everything to fix this but I continue to have the white screen takeover when I try playing. Just purchased the game today and haven't been able to play more than 5 minutes before this starts happening. Now it seems I can barely get it to load into my saved game before it starts doing it. I kept going into Photo Mode to get it to go away but it would come back within seconds. I have given up until this is fixed. I truthfully want a refund - I'd rather buy this on PS5 where I know I won't have this glitch.
