Constant hard crashing on xbox

Question

We are on patch 3 and i am STILL constantly hard crashing on series x. Now ive beat fire and ice and my xbox keeps crashing during the scene where they are taking around the table. I cannot get passed it. This is getting kinda ridiculous now.

Same, but I've only seen them address the crashing on PC. 🙄

I thought patch 3 had fixed the console crashing as I managed to play for an hour and a half post patch 3, but it just hard crashed five minutes into playing today. :(
