Controller and Mouse not working

Hi I am unable to use my controller, the inputs simply arent registered. When starting the game, the icons are the icons from PS5, not from the connected xbox controller. Furthermore, I am unable to use the mouse in the main menu and since I get the wrong input icons, i am not sure which buttons I have to press on my keyboard.

    Found and fixed the issue. Having plugged in a joystick of any kind overrides other inputs apparently, so the game does not recognise I want to use my keyboard and mouse. I unplugged every joystick (pedals + dual joysticks for space sim games), restarted and the issue was solved
