Crashing

I've been trying to play the game for the past couple of days and the game keeps crashing. I think I've managed to make it about 10 minutes into the story with one character because of the constant crashing. I barely made it past cc with the one character. I'm very disappointed in ea for this major bug upon launch. I've tried to hard wire my console, uninstall and reinstall the game several times, cleared cache, removed my profile and readded it, cleared local save data, cleared memory space off the hard drive. Nothing has worked. Please fix the game so I can actually play it.
