Same issue for me. I get this error pretty much every time i start up the game.
I get some playability if i verify the files of the game on Steam and clear the shader cache folder. It seems to work no problem, and I can play the game.
But if I click outside the Dragon Age game window (on my second monitor) or do anything else, the game will crash a few minutes later. I then have to repeat the process and try loading the game up a few more times before I get to play. I have not tried it long-term because I am unsure if I should refund the game on Steam yet, so staying under the 2 hour limit.

- Updated system with latest BIOS, Nvidia drivers, Windows 11 updated
- No issues in other games.
