game won't open
Ever since I updated the game last night, my game opens to a black screen and closes shortly after.

I am having the same issue. Deleting the shader cache file does nothing for me.
Same. I talked with 3 different support agents and nothing they recommended worked. Essentially got told to but up a bug report and wait.
I'm having the same issue, but I've played the game just fine a couple of times since the patch, so maybe that's not the problem.
Did you try deleting ModData from the install folder? That worked when I had issues starting the game after previous updates.
