Rubyrue791 I have your account too. I looked over it as well. For myself, this is something that is a bit above a CM as I had to go to others to check this one out. Once I get more word I will update the thread.
EA_Shepard is there an update on this being resolved?

Rubyrue791 Hey, I have been away on other projects, so apologies for not following up on this one. I reached out to the team to see what they can provide on this one. At this point, though, from experience working with these types of games for a long time, it may be an issue that isn't fixed. I cannot say that as a definite thing, but it may be an issue that won't be resolved, as there aren't any further updates planned.

Thanks for responding however it doesn’t seem to be a game issue, it seems to be an account/ea app issue as I have tested it on Steam and all the deluxe content and weapons dlc is there and can be equipped.
