Hey, Rooks
I'm following up on this one. I need information from you to pass along to the team.
What should be happening: The chest is just the wardrobe replacement before Rook's room is unlocked. If you have the room already unlocked, it goes directly into the appearance collection. The content, if working, should be in the appearance collection on each character you have, but you need to change your skins in the wardrobe in the room for it to take effect.
If that is not happening, I need the following from you:
- Screenshot of your inventory and wardrobe showing not there or locked
- If on PC, please attach your save file. I would upload a few just in case
- Attach a DxDiag?
- Is the EA app/Steam installed on an SSD or HDD?
- Is the game and the game client installed on separate drives? For example, I have my Windows OS on an SSD and all my games on an HDD.

wexxam Yeah, because things change over time, and they will always request a new DxDiag and info just in case. If the installation never changes, then just put it where it is now. If nothing else has changed, like the install location or you replaced an HDD with an SSD, then it's not that big of a deal. The save file/location/Drive/DxDiag all have to be recent.
