To generate an error report:

1. Launch the EA app
2. Click the 
3. Help -> EA Error Reporter
4. Fill in the basic information
5. Submit Report
6. Copy the Report ID that it spits out and provide it here

Rubyrue791 It can make a difference. Not always. I do it because my SSD is an OS drive. You can test it and reinstall it to the same drive but don't think it will change much. As long as the install of the game and content are all on the same drive. 

Mine is on SSD, I have the EA App on my c: drive and the game itself installed on a separate SSD drive if that makes a difference.

Yes I completed all the steps outlined.  After the fresh install I've started a new game today and the chest hasn't spawned in the initial room. I haven't gotten far enough yet to get to the wardrobe but in previous games the items weren't there either. It acts like I only have the standard version of the game.

Same it looks amazing, especially for a Tevinter mage Rook.

Would definitely use the blood dragon armor if I can get it to work though haha.

I installed through the EA App on my SSD. And the same thing with the game.

Sidani_Pi Thank you. The studio wanted to know. And all the steps I posted were completed, yes? Full reinstall - Clearing cache and temp files, etc?

I have only an SSD drive on my computer, and I use the EA app to play the game.

When you installed the EA app or Steam - whichever you play it through - Do you have the platform and game both installed on an SSD or HDD?

For example: Do you have the platform on an SSD and the game on an HDD or vice versa?
