I have no chest that spawns to get my DLC. Same thing that happens with the Pre order items and deluxe edition items!!!

Yes I completed all the steps outlined. After the fresh install I've started a new game today and the chest hasn't spawned in the initial room. I haven't gotten far enough yet to get to the wardrobe but in previous games the items weren't there either. It acts like I only have the standard version of the game.
